Fabian Seibert is a designer from Aachen. As a graduated mechanical engineer of the RWTH Aachen and former student of the Academy Of Fine Arts & Design Maastricht, he has always been a creative of the Euregio, although his creative work also takes him internationally again and again to the most diverse places. He is co-founder of designmetropole aachen and a CHE agent of Creative Hub Euregio, both networks of creative heads.

Also he is one half of MLF latex fashion, and also half of GRAF SEIBERT, a conceptional furniture art project with psychological issues. He teaches at universities, develops PRODUCT STRATEGIES for companies, GUERRILLA MARKETING and social design concepts for cities such as Aachen and Moscow.

In my my approach to projects for the general public I tend to use at first glance easy to understand symbols that represent stereotypes and archetypes in language and shape etc. In order to make an easy entry and then grab attention through subtle or funny distractions and irritations. The desired goal is to prime people’s attention and awareness in a positive way by avoiding a raised finger and to open them up for a softening of inner barriers and grinning self-reflectionwith the effect of an emotional or physical participation and a start of an inner process.
