Weingartstraße 44, 41464 Neuss, the fully equipped apartment is 58 square meters and 10 minutes' walk from the city center.

30 artists work in 25 studios in the atelierhaus hansastraße. The house has a 153 square metre exhibition space and a project studio, e.g. for residency programmes. The flat is part of an ater works facility. Another artist lives there in the direct neighbourhood. On the ground floor there is a living room and a kitchen. on the first floor there is the sleeping area and the bathroom.
