It’s a pilot project in circulair economy. The companies located along the road have been invited to supply their residual flows as well: there is a large pallet factory, but also a food laboratory. There is the invitation/possibility to make a permanent intervention.
Wanssum is a small village (1890 inhabitants) with a number of associations. Offers opportunities to think about circularity together with the inhabitants as well as with the companies. The surroundings of the village have changed dramatically in recent years due to a new, freer course of the River Maas.
