n 2009, Kaspar initiated the magazine and publishing house PROVENCE, which has since developed into a collectively managed agency for art and research and regularly realises print and online publications as well as exhibitions and other projects.
In addition to institutional formats, Kaspar continuously develops projects in other contexts - for example, long-term research within the framework of PROVENCE, such as on John Knight or Hannah Villiger. These serve not only as a reference in terms of content, but also as a critical examination of the conditions of production and reception in the art field.
A recurring theme in his work is the relationship between surface and identity: Kaspar has long been interested in textiles, architecture and packaging - covers that both protect and represent. The critical scrutiny of authorship, individual signatures and the desire for uniqueness is a recurring theme in his work
